Minute Man Arc is a regional chapter of a national organization, The Arc, and is devoted to supporting people with developmental disabilities throughout their lives.
Highligts of our accomplishments include the following.
Direct Mail Appeal, Spring 2006
- 100% increase in funds raised (from the same list in 2005)
- 75% increase in the number of donors
- 5-fold increase in the size of the gifts from two major contributors
These dramatic results were achieved through the development of a direct mailing that featured a compelling concept, a refined message and call-to-action, and an integrated, simplified graphic design. This was planned and produced in partnership with the senior directors of the organization and their development committee.
Signature Fundraising Event
- 100%+ increase in funds raised (for each of the the 2005 and 2006 events, over a different event in 2004)
- Dramatic increase in the number of individual financial contributors
- Dramatic increase in the number of corporate financial contributors
- Dramatic increase in the public exposure of the organization
- Development of a new, sustaining signature event for the organization that will last for years
Rick Cram, FullSail's founder and principal, partnered with Minute Man Arc's president and top management to restructure their approach to organizing the event, as well as the nature of the event itself. He facilitated the first committee meetings, consulted with its members on how to plan and promote the event, and how to attract participants and sponsors.
The result was a huge success. Minute Man Arc now has a new signature fund raising event, and a model and foundation on which to build.
Furthermore, we designed their logo, designed and produced their Web site, and designed various brochures and collateral.
